January 16th, 2012 - Update to Men's Trainings...Attention all Men's teams players.... Due to weather conditions full training for all men's teams nowbegins on Tuesday, January 24th at 7:30. Practices will be Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30pm.Prem and Div 1 Men will train indoors at Carson Graham on Tuesday, January 17th and Thursday, January 19th. The Clubhouse will be open this Thursday after training.

January 5th, 2012 - Level 1 Refereeing ClinicThe BC Rugby Referee's Society will be running a Level One Introduction to Officiating Course inconjunction with the 2012 BC Rugby Coaching Clinic and Professional Development Course onJanuary 21st. The officiating course will include touch judging and assistant refereeing material.The Club encourages players, coaches or supporters to take the Refereeing Clinic to learn more about the laws of the game and to get involved in refereeing rugby. Games at all age grades and levels require referees! This is a great way to give back to the game and learn more about the laws of the game we play.

January 25th, 2012 - CDI Premiership begins...caliber of elite men's rugby will resume this weekend with a trio of thrilling matchups. Looking toshake off the rust after a two-month break in the winter schedule, six teams will go head-to-head to see who goes top of the table. Weather permitting, the CDI Season begins this weekend as we host Burnaby Lake in Prem and Div 1 Men's rugby. Come down to Klahanie Park for the Div 1 kick-off at 1pm.

January 26th, 2012 - Join the Alumni...The 2012 spring rugby season is about to get underway and we look forward to another exciting yearof Capilano Rugby. The alumni association is looking to increase membership! Phone those old friends and talk to them about joining the Capilano Alumni Association. Our definition of “Alumni” is quite broad; you don’t need to have played the game – parents, partners, and other supporters are all welcome. The benefits are rewarding and you know that your yearly fee is being used to promote the game among our young players here at home.
