The Capilano Rugby Football Club is always looking for
new players, supporters and enthusiasts.    Whether you
are a veteran of the sport, or a beginner, we want you to
be a part of the CRFC.  If you are interested, come down
to one of our training sessions and introduce yourself. 

Training sessions are as follows: 

  • Open men's divisions - 7:30PM
  • Open women's divisions - 6:30PM  
  • Snowcaps Touch Rugby - Thursdays from 6:00PM
  • Age-Grade Boys - Wednesdays from 5:30PM
  • Mini Rugby - Sundays from 10:00AM
