     BC Rugby Launches 7s Series (Background info)
With another BC Rugby club season in the books, it is time to ramp up BC Rugby's 7s program. 
You may have read the release regarding the creation of the Elite Youth 7s Program, and BC Rugby  has another announcement that fans of the 7s game will also be excited to read about.

Capilano 7s Tournament - August 14th, 2010
Capilano RFC will be hosting a 7s tournament as part of the recently launched BC Rugby 7s Series.
The inaugural day-long event promises to be full of entertainment both on the field and off.

event will take place on August 14th and promises to be full of entertainment both on the field.

Capilano Women win Burnaby 7s Tournament
Capilano Women pulled out a victory over Velox in the Finals on a
soggy day at the Burnaby 7s tournament.  The Capilano Men's
Social team competed well, bowing out in the playoffs.  Click here

Capilano 7s Tournament - Schedule + Rules
Capilano RFC is pleased to post the Tournament Draw Schedule and
Rules.  Doors will be opening at 9AM... Registration at 9:30... then
GAMES BEGIN @ 10AM!!!!   Admission is FREE... Food and
Bevvies will be available all day and EXIT THIS SIDE will play a
concert at the conclusion of the tournament.  Stick around and have a great time!
