Capilano RFC “Night of the Bear” Awards Night Recap
The Capilano Night of the Bear Awards were last Saturday evening. It was a great night to celebrate the success of the club at all its members over the past year. Thank you to everyone involved in organizing the night. Please see the full list of award winners listed below.

Jamie Cudmore radio interview
Capilano RFC member Jamie Cudmore recently did a radio interview on TSN 1040 in Vancouver. He discussed his rugby career coming to an end in France. There was also a mention to the Capilano Rugby Club and members Bob Bremner and Tim Murdy. The interview can be found by clicking here.

Tuesday night fitness and skills
The Capilano Rugby Club will be running Tuesday night fitness and skills throughout the summer. This is open to any players. Previous Capilano Youth/North Shore High School players are welcome to attend if they are back in town for the summer from University. The sessions start at 7:00pm and will run for an hour. Garth Prouse will be running the sessions.

Harry Jones Youth Camp
Capilano RFC Member Harry Jones will be running a youth summer camp at Klahanie for the 5th year in a row. His HandsOnRugby Camp will take place on June 17-18 at Klahanie Park. More details can be found on the posted below. Well done to Harry for continuing to put on this great camp!

Summer Touch League
The Capilano Rugby Club is currently organizing its Summer Touch League for 2017. Touch teams should start getting organized and ready for the season.
