The Capilano Premier Women play at Klahanie Park this Saturday for this first time in the Premier League regular season this season. Three Capilano RFC teams will travel to Connaught Park to take on the long time rivals from the Meralomas. Also, the Capilano 3rd Division will travel to Chilliwack looking for their first win of the season. Sunday will see five Capilano RFC youth teams in action.

Capilano Premier Women
The Capilano Women look to bounce back this weekend after a tough loss in Cowichan last weekend. The Premier Women were up 17-12 at halftime but couldn’t score in the second half with Cowichan coming back to win 27-17. This moved the Capilano Women’s record to 1-1 after defeating Burnaby the week before. This weekend the Caps will be hosting the always tough Seattle Saracens who currently sit in first place. Kickoff is scheduled for 11:30am at Klahanie Park. Come down to the Capilano Rugby Club this Saturday to support the Caps Women!!
Capilano U23 Men’s Academy
The Capilano U23 Men bounced back last weekend after a previous loss to Burnaby. They defeated a very tough and experienced side from Abbotsford by a 27-10 scoreline. This weekend they take on the Meralomas 3rd Division team at Connaught Park. These two teams currently sit 3rd and 4th in the standings so they should match up well. Kickoff is scheduled for 11:30am at Connaught Park.
Capilano 3rd Division Men
The Capilano 3rd Division team has struggled so far this season and currently sit without a win. With many players missing in the Sr. Men’s ranks, players have been moving up teams. This has left the 3rd Division short on players each week. The guys showing up have battled hard each week and put in great great efforts on Saturday. This weekend they travel to Chilliwack to play a 1:00pm kickoff at Yarrow Field. Both teams will be looking for their first win this season.
Capilano 1st Division Men
The Capilano 1st Division Men will travel to Connaught Park to play the Meralomas this Saturday. The Caps enter with a 3-2 record on the season while the Meralomas site at 2-4. With two matches left to play this half, the Caps look to continue to climb the standings. Last weekend the Caps defeated Abbotsford by a 34-0 scoreline. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:00pm at the home of the Meraloma Rugby Club.
Capilano Premier Men
The Capilano Premier Men continue with Premier League Qualifications this coming weekend. With the bottom two teams in qualifying being relegated, all the points in the last two rounds are huge. The Capilano Men currently sit in 5th place out of 8 teams. The Caps look to build off their best performance of the season last weekend when they defeated Abbotsford at home. This weekend they take on long time club rivals the Meralomas. These two teams always play extra hard against each other and this weekend will be no different. Get out to Connaught Park to support the Capilano Men. Kickoff is scheduled for 2:45pm.
